We offer free shipping all over the world when your order value is above a certain limit. The limits vary between regions/countries depending on the actual cost of shipping.

Shipping and delivery
General:
Depending on the size of your order, it may come in one or more boxes. If it is delivered in more than one box, it may arrive at different days and times.
If you want to make a larger order, please contact us for the best and most cost-effective solution.
Your delivery step by step
1) Order confirmation
Shortly after placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation with information about your purchase.
2) Delivery update
Should your delivery be delayed, we will notify you by email with a new estimated lead time from our supplier. The same applies if your products are out of stock at our supplier.
3) Delivery confirmation
Our normal picking and packing time in our warehouse is 1-3 working days. When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation by email. In the shipping confirmation, you will receive a tracking link, so you can follow your order all the way to your home.
4) SMS message
Finally, you will be notified via text message (SMS) when your delivery is ready for collection or when it is out for home delivery. Your packages may arrive at different days and times, but you will always be able to track the shipment on the shipping company's website.
Our delivery times
The delivery times stated for each shipping company below refer to the time after your order has left our warehouse and been handed over to a carrier.
These times are the estimates provided to us by the carrier and not a guaranteed delivery date. Please note that deliveries to rural areas may take longer.
All our orders are shipped by default with UPS. The general indication from UPS is that all delivery times should be within 2 -5 working days, regardless of destination in the world.
When your order leaves our warehouse, the transport responsibility passes to the carrier and we make no promises about shipping. We reserve the right to release ourselves from any compensation claims for delays in delivery caused by our suppliers (in the case of a back order) or our carriers after an order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Shipping costs
All our shipments are made from our warehouse in Sweden and the shipping cost is calculated on the actual cost of shipping from Sweden to the recipient's location. We ship to UPS delivery locations worldwide. If you want to have it delivered to your home, you must contact UPS customer service in your respective country.
We have to charge shipping costs for smaller orders, over a certain order amount shipping is free. The shipping cost varies per region according to the zone's price list from the carrier.
Recipient's responsibility
The buyer (recipient) of the product is always responsible for paying local applicable customs duties and VAT/sales tax, subject to local regulations at the destination. For buyers within the European Union, this is all handled by us as the seller and no other fees will apply. Outside the European Union, the responsibility lies with the buyer of the product.
Uncollected orders
Within the European Union, the shipment is normally stored for 5 days and then returned to the sender. For home delivery, 3 delivery attempts are made and then returned to the sender. You can contact UPS customer service in the receiving country to change the delivery address or delivery date, etc. It is also possible to change delivery to a UPS drop-off point near you.
If you have not collected your order, or arranged for home delivery within this time limit, your order will be returned to us and we will charge you $30 for a non-collected delivery. If you cancel your purchase after the order has been prepared for delivery, you will need to receive the order and return it to us, otherwise it will be recorded as an "uncollected order" and you will be charged the above amount. This applies to shipments within the EU.
For shipments outside the European Union, the shipment will be returned after 10 days. You can contact UPS customer service in the receiving country to change the delivery address or delivery date, etc. It is also possible to change delivery to a UPS drop-off point near you.

If you cancel your purchase after the order has been prepared for delivery, you will need to receive the order and return it to us, otherwise it will be recorded as an "uncollected order" and you will be charged the above amount. Payments
Payment is debited as soon as you complete your order at checkout.
We offer secure payments via Paypal and Shopify Payments. All purchases on the website are made through a secure SSL server to ensure safe shopping. We currently offer credit/debit card payment for VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
